The Mane Experience Credit Economy Charter
Version 1.0 • Effective: October 24, 2025 • Owner: CrownThrive LLC
Purpose and Definitions
This Charter defines how Credits and Points function inside The Mane Experience (TME). It explains how the internal economy operates within CrownThrive LLC’s ecosystem.
Credits are an internal utility used to publish, boost, unlock features, and access premium experiences. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for currency.
Important: The purchase rate of 1 USD per 1 Credit is a purchase convenience, not a redemption promise. Value circulates inside TME — viewers spend Credits, publishers earn 70% back as reusable Credits, and the remainder sustains operations.
Core Principles
- Creators earn 70% of eligible Credits spent on their content. The remainder sustains moderation, rewards, and infrastructure.
- All rates and costs are public, versioned, and timestamped in the Change Log.
- No cash-out, no off-platform exchanges, and no artificial inflation.
Issuance Policy
Credits enter circulation through purchases, grants, and rewards. Issuance is controlled to maintain stability and fairness.
- Direct Purchase: Users buy Credits at 1 USD per Credit. Non-refundable.
- Welcome Grant: Starter Credits (e.g., 500) for new accounts.
- Engagement Rewards: Time-limited bonuses for milestones and platform events.
- Operational Adjustments: Controlled rebalancing to maintain economic health.
Inflation control: Issuance is reviewed periodically to balance supply and demand.
Spending and Sinks
- Publishing: Spend Credits to post or upload media.
- Boosting: Pay Credits to increase visibility or ranking.
- Premium Tools: Use Credits for analytics, scheduling, or promotion tools.
- Event Access: Spend Credits to view exclusive sessions or artist premieres.
Publisher Earnings and Tiers
When viewers spend Credits on your content, you accrue 70% of those Credits. They can be reused inside TME for publishing or growth — not withdrawn as cash.
Example: A viewer spends 100 Credits. You earn 70 Credits, which you can use for your next post or boost. The platform retains 30 Credits for ecosystem operations.
Publisher tiers (Starter, Pro, Headliner) define posting limits, boost multipliers, and access to AdLuxe promotions. Details appear in the Publisher Plans page.
Governance and Change Control
All policy changes are logged with date, summary, and version. Emergency actions (such as exploit responses or credit freezes) are documented with a public report afterward.
This Charter works in harmony with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service take precedence.
Abuse and Enforcement
- Credit or point manipulation results in credit removal and potential suspension.
- Prohibited content triggers takedown, warning, and escalation for repeat offenses.
- Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks result in account holds or permanent bans.
Fair-use Credits: Credits may be reissued for verified incidents such as outages or duplicate charges.
Exclusive Events and Access Control
- Hosts can gate events or drops using Credits for access.
- Events have capacity limits, replay windows, and anti-restream protection.
- If an event is canceled or fails, viewing Credits are automatically refunded.
Data Sharing and Transparency
TME shares limited profile and engagement data with affiliated CrownThrive platforms to deliver loyalty rewards, analytics, and promotions.
- Shared data includes username, level, and engagement summaries.
- Shared only with CrownRewards, CrownLytics, AdLuxe, and related services.
- Users can manage sharing preferences in account settings at any time.
