Purpose

This Creator License Addendum establishes the rights, responsibilities, and permissions granted between creators, The Mane Experience (TME), and CrownThrive LLC.

It ensures that all uploaded works remain owned by the creator while allowing CrownThrive to securely distribute and promote content across its interconnected platforms and partners.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership and copyright of the original content they upload to TME, including but not limited to images, videos, audio, and written materials.

By uploading content, creators grant CrownThrive LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, promote, display, and adapt the content for use across the CrownThrive ecosystem, including Melanated Voices TV, Locticians TV, CrownThriveU, AdLuxe Network, and affiliated initiatives.

This license allows for promotional clips, previews, or derivative marketing materials that feature the creator’s work with proper attribution.

License Scope and Duration

• License is perpetual for archived works and remains active while the content is hosted on TME.


• Creators may request removal of specific works; however, CrownThrive retains rights for any prior promotional use or derivative works already distributed.


• All content is subject to moderation and compliance reviews under CrownThrive’s CHLOM™ governance framework.


• Derivative adaptations must maintain brand integrity and respect cultural and creative authenticity.

Exclusivity and Multi-Platform Use

TME does not require exclusivity unless specifically contracted under a paid CrownThrive partnership or media deal.

Creators may post their work on other platforms, provided it does not violate CrownThrive’s policies or involve deceptive cross-posting that manipulates credit earnings or analytics.

Exclusive deals—such as featured artist showcases or branded collaborations—will be governed by separate written agreements.

Distribution and Promotion

CrownThrive may use portions of creator content to promote events, campaigns, or educational programs within its network.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spotlight features on Melanated Voices and CrownThriveU
- Promotional reels and highlight clips on social media
- Placement within AdLuxe campaigns and ecosystem showcases

Attribution will always be provided using the creator’s chosen display name or brand handle.

Compliance and Moderation

All content uploaded to TME must comply with the platform’s Acceptable Use Policy and community guidelines.

CrownThrive reserves the right to remove or restrict any content found to be in violation of intellectual property laws, licensing terms, or community standards.

Enforcement actions—including takedowns, suspensions, or credit reversals—are documented and logged within the CrownLytics audit system for transparency.

Termination of License

Creators may terminate their license by deleting content or deactivating their account. Upon termination, CrownThrive will remove the content from active circulation within 30 days.

However, any prior promotional or derivative use remains valid under this Addendum to preserve historical and marketing continuity.

Liability and Indemnification

Creators affirm that their submissions are original or properly licensed for distribution.

By uploading, the creator agrees to indemnify CrownThrive LLC and its affiliates from claims arising out of copyright infringement, unauthorized use, or content violations resulting from their uploads.

Governance and Jurisdiction

This Addendum operates under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, and falls within the broader CrownThrive governance model defined by CHLOM™.

Disputes are handled through the CrownThrive Compliance Office before any external arbitration or legal proceedings.

Summary

The Creator License Addendum ensures that creators retain ownership while enabling fair and transparent ecosystem use of their content.

It protects artistic rights, promotes collaboration, and sustains the internal credit economy across all CrownThrive media properties.
